About this position

The position is responsible for overall activities of machine maintenance and spare parts management to ensure the accuracy, sufficiency and availability that can support production activities. And required product quality at target cost of maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control staff to perform their tasks requisition, plans, routine job or other assignment as well as budget and manpower planning to be in line with standards, criteria, procedures, cost effectiveness, safety, environment, labor regulation, disciplinary and work regulations.
• Manage and Control an effectiveness of preventive maintenance system. Monitor and control maintenance performance to ensure the maintenance activity is performed effectively.
• Control and ensure the availability, accuracy and effectiveness of spare part management.
• Maintain and analysis data base of maintenance execution, equipment histories and equipment parts usage, review and provide the root cause analysis together with corrective and preventive action
• Follow up production performance and problems related to maintenance and improve to ensure production efficiency.
• Encourage and develop staff competency and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in any field.
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in Production Machine management, Electrical and Mechanical system control and Preventive Maintenance planning.
• Proven expertise in industrial automation systems, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for scheduling, monitoring, and improving maintenance operations.
• Experience managing projects that involve upgrading or implementing new automation technology, including budgeting, planning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in analyze data generated by automated systems to improve processes, enhance productivity, and reduce maintenance costs.
• Understanding of safety protocols in automated environments and compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as OSHA or IEC standards.
• Proven experience in training and mentoring staff on automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, fostering a skilled maintenance team adept in automation technologies.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in automation and control systems to drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
• Good command of English.
