Customer Relations Specialist
About this position
Responsible for customers including regular orders, common correspondences, customer communication and services / information support to ensure customer satisfaction which comply with company’s direction. The main roles are receiving regular orders, communicating, issuing orders, and keeping relationship on updating order status to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction. Also, collaborate with an internal team to serve customers’ correspondences; claim, complaint, request or advice.
Responsibilities
• Perform sales administrative tasks by directly interacting with existing customers via telephone, e-mail and other communication channels to obtain demands and fulfill their enquiries and requirements.
• Manage demands and provide the required and sufficient information for facilitating relevant functions and ensuring order accuracy as well as on time delivery.
• Support and coordinate with front office business processes, including sales and marketing.
• Manage and control pending orders and delivery plan.
• Coordinate with other relevant functions regarding the demand and supply management.
• Collaborate with other relevant functions regarding customer’s common correspondences.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Business English or related field.
• A minimum 2 years experience
• Dealing and communicating with customers regarding enquiries/services.
• Customer Relations management skills
