Cost Accountant
About this position
The Cost Accountant is responsible for managing and analyzing costs, inventory, and pricing systems within the organization, ensuring accurate reporting and coordination across functions.
Responsibilities
• Roll up standard cost.
• Physical count and monitoring inventory by month ended and year ended.
• Revalue inventory and make the adjustment. (If necessary)
• New product price calculation upon request.
• Monitor, verify inventory control systems and coordinate with each function to resolve all discrepancies of inventory.
• Provide month ended reports which related to costing function.
• Identify and develop all necessary reports to support routine work with ease.
• Co-ordinate with IT department to develop and maintain costing and pricing systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other relevant fields.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing cost and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent for Microsoft office and SAP.
• Good personality, service-minded, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
