About this position

ควบคุมดูแลการพ่นสีในสายการผลิต Powder Coating ให้ได้คุณภาพและเป้าหมายตามมาตราฐานแผนการผลิต โดยการควบคุมตัวแปรต่างๆ

Responsibilities

• ควบคุมดูแลกระบวนการพ่นสีให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์
• รายงานปัญหาต่างๆ ที่พบในกระบวนการพ่นสีให้กับหัวหน้าแผนกทราบ
• สอนงานและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานให้กับพนักงานอย่างถูกต้องตามระเบียบการปฏิบัติงาน ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมพนักงานได้ร่วมทำกิจกรรมของบริษัท
• ทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย/ดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อม และดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติอย่างถูกต้อง
• ทำงานเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลต่างๆ ของงานที่ทำ รวมถึงงานด้านคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานแต่ละขั้นตอน

Requirements

• จบวุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่า
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม)
• มีประสบการณ์การด้าน Powder Coating จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
