Public Vaccine Alliance Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage partnership and support business development team including managing external stakeholders to explore technology transfer opportunity
• Liase with Business Development, Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the agreed technology transfer plan and processes
• Provide input and insight including risk & benefit on potential local manufacturing for vaccine portfolio technology transfer
• Consolidate input from internal stakeholder on agreement discussion and liase with technology transfer partner and relevant internal stakeholder to manage the needs of our partner, managing product complaint which liaise with DPOC, and managing supply & distribution plan in collaboration with AP supply and Alliance team (joint supply team meeting, etc)
• Lead the New Product Launch for the new product pipeline vaccines including the product which has the potential tech transfer to optimize public market.
• Working closely with Supply Chain and Finance Team on top of BUD Vaccine to ensure value of partnership is recognized in relevant P&L and business propositions.
• Develop and maintain broad relationship and strategic partnership with existing and potential partners to source new business opportunities and grow a high-quality revenue pipeline.
• Develops and executes constant engagement and attainable strategic marketing plan with partners.
• Build multi-level relationship with partners including those in the executive level to ensure win-win long term relationship.
• Review and provide interpretation of contract terms and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functionals activities with internal work groups.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a related field, with preferred experience in project management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in negotiating and managing complex deals and partnerships
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain partnerships.
