About this position

The Professional Medical Representative is responsible for closing sales of products and services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for closing direct sales of products and/or services in order to meet individual/team quotas and the organization's business objectives.
• Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
• Responsible for inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Responds to customer questions and takes orders.
• Effectively builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Academic, preferably in Pharmacist.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
• Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue.
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues Strong on Medical communication phrase.
