About this position

The Poultry Key Account Manager (East Java) is responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, forecasts, and customer relationships to drive business growth in the poultry sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the business unit’s overall sales strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.
• Support in preparing sales forecasts area and budgets monitor sales volume, revenues, inventory and cost against forecasts to identify problem area and adapt procedures at area.
• Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are strategic importance to the organization.
• Execute & collaborate the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for respectively area.
• Report any AEs, ADEs or PQC that become aware of to DPOC within one (1) business day or no later than three (3) calendar days (whichever is shorter) from the date of receipt.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) Minimum 5 year experience in related field
• Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)
• Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities
• Excellent project management skills Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue Good knowledge updated in poultry business
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive sales team. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
