About this position
Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining long-term engagements with Pet Clinics (veterinarians) and pet owners and other stakeholders.
• Drive our Company product scientific knowledge at Pet Clinics and to pet owners.
• Identifying short and long-term business opportunities.
• Developing a plan for the Account that contains the account needs and perspectives as well as considers competitive and business challenges.
• Drive relevant omnichannel communication to increase number of contacts with our customers.
• Defining account metrics and a tracking plan and regularly update the performance.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through review of professional publications, establishing networks and drawing on inhouse product and industry expertise.
• Maintain high level of expertise with the evolving portfolio of products, services, pricing, competition, market and industry trends.
• Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the business unit’s overall sales strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts area and budgets monitor sales volume, revenues, inventory and cost against forecasts to identify problem area and adapt procedures accordingly.
• Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are strategic importance to the organization. Ensure a smooth sales process through pricing negotiation, agree terms and close sales.
• Execute & collaborate the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for respectively area.
• Deliver agreed annual sales revenue and margin targets and develop defined strategies by account/market in order to achieve them.
• Coach sales team on the sales & technical aspect of the company’s products and services, on market campaigns and sales promotions and on sales techniques, procedures and standard that will help team to achieve the sales target.
• Ensure and individual performance and development plan of team member are met.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) or related field.
• 3-5 year experiences in related field.
• Good command in English.
• Good interpersonal, communication, & public speaking skills.
• Good entrepreneurship and customer-oriented mindset.
