About this position
Responsibilities
• Contributes to preparation of profit plans,
• Prepares project manages production and distribution for promotional programs
• Contributes to preparation of sales distributions
• Preparing budget for promotional activity
• Monitoring and control budget every month to ensure all promotion activity can be delivered as a plan.
• Contributes on planning ROFO for sales
• Contributes on making 1-2 years plan marketing strategy for assigned in-line and/or new products
• Prepare marketing program and execute to ensure assigned in-line and/or new products can be accepting on targeted market.
• Develops and implements consumer/patient focused marketing activities in line with overall brand objectives
• Doing Market research for assigned in-line and/or new products
• Works with other areas of Marketing and Sales to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans
• Contributes to the creation of marketing presentation and promotional activities
• Monitors performance of assigned products to ensure it meets company objectives
• Prepare, execute and monitoring marketing program activity including all event
• Prepare promotional material such as leaflet, poster, website, application, advertisement, etc
• Doing customer relationship with heavy user doctor, KOL, and hospital
• Doing relationship with government related to their medical program.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Management/ Pharmacist or Medical related
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing field, preferably having experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)
• Advance on ethical product
• Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities
• Excellent project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
• Undergoes on-going media training to maintain skills
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues strong on Medical communication phrase
