About this position
Responsibilities
Sales Plan and Expenditures
• Creating sales plan and strategy in their District to penetrate the market
• Doing Marketing strategy to be tactical plan and setting target of sales reps based on district, channel and products
• Prepare guidance for Sales Reps to execute sales plan
• Building and executing business plan that maximize business opportunities
Sales Activity
• Implement marketing programs accordingly. Direct the development of sales plan, strategies, objectives, budget, policies and procedures that conform to marketing objectives.
• Selling the product portfolio
• Creating Demand from every channel business
• Business intelligence and gathering data for market analysis
• Ensure sell out from distributor
• Monitoring performance of Product Specialist/Medical Representative
• Monitoring trade program (discount, promo, etc)
• Evaluation and problem solving for every challenge that faced by Product Specialist/Medical Representatives
• Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the healthcare community and associated organization
• Support marketing for marketing activities such as event.
Customer and Distributor Relationship
• Controlling stock data in their district, number of visit, and sales performance within their district
• Building and maintaining relationship with customers.
Other
• Developing people (Product Specialist/Medical Representative) to be fit on competency and to upscale their performance.
Working Relationship
External Relationship
• Hospital, making good relationship with hospital to gain positive outcome
• KoL, Consult and making KoL becoming company associate
• Heavy User Doctors, making good relationship with heavy user to gain positive outcome
• Distributor, Checking and ensuring stock availability
Internal Relationship
• Sales Team, Helping to coach & train sales team
• Marketing Team, helping to execute marketing plan
• Medical Team, Provide medical knowledge & medical journal for internal & external stakeholders
• HR Team, to build & develop of sales team
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in communication or Medical related
• Minimum 2 years as Senior Product Specialist or Supervisor (Coordinator) preferably having experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)
• Demonstrates initiative
