Indochine Lead (Head of Sales - Indochina, Process Solutions)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible territory includes Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
• Responsible and accountable for the short-term and mid-term development of the business.
• Ensure the achievement of process solutions objectives, including financial goals, market share, and trade margin, while adhering to the company code of conduct and budget.
• Responsible for the continual expansion of business opportunities (territories, customers, and product sales) in the responsible markets.
• Take ownership in initiating country-specific actions and the implementation of Process Solutions Strategy to drive business growth in responsible territory.
• Establish and build key strategic partnerships in the country/cluster, including with customers, opinion leaders, and industry associations; collaborate with Life Science leaders to leverage these partnerships for business and brand growth.
• Get up to speed with Biopharma/Pharma industry new investments in the region.
• To work with regional supporting team and get the alignment of each task/action.
• Foster and promote high levels of collaboration and motivation among cross-functional teams.
• Generating and maintaining a territory plan & customer mapping.
• Accurate and on time sales & forecast reporting.
• Participation in technical trainings as required.
• Building territory knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical market trends.
• Control operational and promotional spending and expenses, and ensure the accuracy and transparency of payment.
• Provide and report regular market intelligence on competition activity.
• Accurate and timely submission of forecast, sales landing and order intake report.
• Coordinate with customer service and support functions team to provide updated information about related customers and dealers in order to keep accounts.
• Monitor and review sales achievement on weekly basis. Create report and analyze periodic sales trends for periodic submission.
