About this position
The Talent Acquisition Manager & HRBP is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding employees, ensuring employee satisfaction, and promoting the company's brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding employees in a company.
• Responsible for ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions, and promoting a company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
• Responsible for development and implementation the effective communication and activities to increase employee engagement.
• Support HR Director to rollout implement HR POLs, SOPs, Company working guidance, Office environment & Health, Safety Protocol and others.
• Facilitate and work with the committee to roll out the effective company events & activities.
• Facilitate the external training for the department.
• Development the initiative to direct source to deliver the qualified candidate.
• Effective team working with the HR Operation manager to deliver quality of service to all employees.
• Work effectively with regional HR team for any project assignment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science or related fields. Master degree is preferable.
• At least 5 years' experience of Recruitment & Sourcing or HRBP/ HR Development.
• Forward looking and good creativity.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Highly energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and confidently under various circumstances and meet regular deadlines.
