About this position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Service Officer to join our dynamic team at A. Menarini (Thailand) Ltd.' in Pathum Wan, Bangkok. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service support to our sales team and valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Process standard sales order or inquiries on day-to-day basis with requirement for knowledge of products; and ensure smooth flow and proper handling of daily administrative and sales service work
• Issuance of sales orders, handling of bids and tenders, appropriate handling and recording of expense reports, sponsorship requests, sample withdrawals;
• Monitoring loans, goods returned; solving problem bills, handling complaints of customers and field forces and solving problems via coordination with ZPL.
• Supply product material and information, and may assist with the regular forecasts of product requirements and inventory levels.
• Provide general facilities of sales administrative support in various sales functions which may include responding to prepare for all correspondences, ordering of office supplies including stationery, business cards, and other equipments; handling special mail requests, printing services, petty cash account and advances.
• Carry out basic administrative duties such as copying data, compiling records, filing, posting and other incidental administrative duties.
• Work closely with sales staff to ensure all sales operations and activities are smoothening.
• Act on routine problems independently and refer non-routine or complicated situations to immediate manager.
• Collaborate closely with accounts, sales and customers to maintain good relationship in cross-function

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any fields
• At least 1 year experience in secretary, sales administration, customer services
• Experience in pharmaceutical company/business will be preferable.
• Good computer skills and correspondences.
• Self-motivated/ energetic with good interpersonal skills and service-mind.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
