About this position

The Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for the organization’s products, ensuring targets are met and contributing to business planning at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• To develop and Implement marketing plans for the organization’s products to meet established targets.
• To prepare monthly forecast and promotional budget and decide on promotional strategies of each product in his/her responsibility to achieve annual sales budget within approved promotional expenses budget and agreed timeframe.
• Oversight of product development and design, pricing and or new product launch.
• Contribute to business planning at the executive level to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization’s.
• To train and supervise medical sales representatives to enable them to be effective and efficient.
• To train sales representatives on product and ensure that sales teams have good product knowledge.
• To acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities.
• To assist Senior Product Manager in other additional tasks as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical market.
• Experience in Cardiovascular and Metabolic therapeutic areas will be preferable.
• Strong leadership skills and decision making.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Abilities to coach and develop staff.
• Good oral presentation skills and communication skills.
• Good computer skill and command of written and speaking English.
