Product Manager (Aesthetics)
About this position
The Product Manager (Aesthetics) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, overseeing product development, and contributing to business planning to drive success in the organization’s product offerings.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing plans for the organization’s product to meet established targets.
• Oversight of product development and design, pricing and or new product launch.
• Oversee advertising campaigns, monitor sales performance as assigned products.
• Contribute to business planning at the executive level to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization’s to prepare monthly report on products movement and result of promotional activities and report to Marketing Manager.
• Analyse execution across multiple tactics to draw customer insights, communication results into actionable strategies.
• Work closely with the Aesthetics team to adapt strategies, tools, training and message to drive success for business.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, BBA or related with MBA preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in the consumer, FMCG markets as a brand or product manager.
• Proven experience in marketing communication, brand strategy, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior trends and market dynamics.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Experience in managing 360-degree activation campaigns, both offline and online.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage market research for strategic decision-making.
• Good learning agility, adaptability, and excellent collaborative working skills.
• Good in English communication with good interpersonal skills.
