Product Executive
About this position
The Product Executive is responsible for developing key opinion leaders (KOLs), creating marketing strategies, and managing promotional activities to achieve sales objectives in the pharmaceutical market.
Responsibilities
• To develop KOLs aligned with key strategies
• To create lecture program and presentation products
• To develop a marketing plan to support brand success
• To prepare a monthly forecast and promotional budget and decide on promotional strategies of each product in his/her responsibility
• To achieve an annual sales budget within the approved promotional expenses budget
• To develop promotional activities included digital activities in collaboration with sales staff in order to achieve sales objectives
• To develop the promotion campaign and implement all promotional activities as planned within the agreed time frame
• To decide on adequate inventory levels of each product in co-operation with the BUM and Purchasing Department
• To train and supervise medical sales representatives to enable them to be effective and efficient
• To train sales representatives on product and make sure that sales teams have a good product knowledge, also submit medical sales representatives to monthly product and competitors knowledge exams
• To acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities
• To assist Senior Product Manager in other additional tasks as requested
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years working experience in pharmaceutical market.
• Self-motivated/energetic with good interpersonal skills, creative and well organized.
• Good oral presentation skills and communication skills.
• Good microsoft programs, computer skills and command of English
