E-Commerce and CRM Manager

Responsibilities
• To develop e-commerce/ e-health commercial strategic imperatives
• Develop and execute end-to-end CRM marketing strategies for Consumer Health Department
• Responsibility of E-commerce/ E-health and CRM marketing for all Consumer Health Department
• Develop, lead and execute end-to-end strategies, campaign planning and target setting in all CRM marketing, e-commerce/ e-health channels. This includes customer journey mapping, campaign management, and optimization to drive business growth
• Understand how in-site and external media will play a role in driving sales in E-commerce business
• Work with brand teams, regional office and agency to set KPIs and track / monitor / analyze campaign execution. Ensure ‘closed loop marketing’ by assessing campaign metrics / response / impact, taking learnings forward and adjusting for future campaigns to optimize impact for the brand.
• Manage E-Commerce Off-take performance and develop growth opportunity areas
• Manage day to day eCommerce operation by working closely with eCommerce enabler
• Develop annual/monthly marketing calendar and execute timely
• New E-commerce/ E-health channel development including online health and beauty store, specialty e-stores, social & e-commerce platforms, Line shopping, tele-pharmacy etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or above
• At least 5 years working experience in Marketing, CRM and e-commerce / social commerce platform management
• Have a strong analytical/strategic mindset/ result-oriented thinking and data-based approach
• Good computer skill and command of English.
• Experience in content strategy and digital campaign execution in pharmaceutical industry is advantage
