Secretary
About this position
The Secretary position involves coordinating with various departments, managing correspondence, and assisting with organizational tasks.
Responsibilities
• Contact and coordinate with department heads and various units, including welcoming customers from other companies who come to contact
• Type letters, correspondence, including documents, contracts, bidding documents
• Assist with various tasks in the organization, such as organizing meetings, preparing travel for executives and employees (air tickets, accommodation)
• Responsible for filing office documents, including internal documents, technical manuals, journals, publications, software programs in a systematic manner
• Other tasks assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business English Communication or other related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in secretarial work.
• If you have experience working in an engineering consulting company, it will be given special consideration.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
