About this position

Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Maintenance Manager to work closely with the Engineering Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Operations of Pharma process and Packaging lines.
• Responsible for the reliability of Blister packing, Sleeve packing, Cartoning, Shrink packing, Bottle Packing lines, and Oral Solid Dosage equipments of Sifters, High shear mixers, Granulators, Compression machines, Tablet coating Equipment, Powder filling sachet lines with continuous improvement on eliminating Break downs, lowering maintenance costs, Implementation of energy saving initiatives and ensuring safety of people operating those machines.
• Manage the overall responsibility through coaching and leading team members including Senior technicians and technicians through implementing processes and developing their skills, knowledge & capabilities.
• Responsible for enforcing and Implementing all Work instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Process (SOP) of the team.
• Design and execute productivity improvement projects to reduce the cost of maintenance through continuous improvement tools.
• Must possess good problem-solving skills with the ability to explore alternatives and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering or any related field.
• 10 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry or Food & Beverage industry would be preferred.
• Experience in working with Multinational companies/with expat colleagues.
• Experience in Green field project execution or Brown field project expansion.
• Good command of English – speak, read, write.
