Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Logistics Officer - Export to work closely with Assistant Manager Logistics (Export) in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your profile.
Responsibilities
As a Logistics Officer (Export), your key tasks are as below:
• Prepare export customs clearance and arrange invoice to customer
• Prepare and process all documentation related to exports, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Manage and oversee the entire export process, booking cargo space with carriers to ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to the destination.
• Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other third-party providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisors and/or Managers
Requirements
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
• At least 2 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Good command of English language (reading, writing and speaking)
• Computer skill MS office necessary
• Proficiency in computer operation
• Able to work well under pressure
• Willing to work in IE Bangpoo, Samut Prakan.
