About this position

Mega Lifesciences is looking for an IT System administrator to work closely with IT Director and IT manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be as below:
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, firewalls, security measures, antivirus, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Proactively provide IT support requests via phone, email, or a ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and repair or replace equipment as necessary.
• Maintain IT documentation and assist in IT projects.
• Manage IT assets, including HyperV and Active Directory systems; regularly update usage data, track asset numbers, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain software licenses, track renewals, and manage updates for essential software applications.
• Provide support for Microsoft O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related platforms; perform email backups for users.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center.
• Perform LAN cabling, maintain network infrastructure, and install and manage IP phones within the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment claims and repairs.
• Provide technical support and training to users.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• At least 2 of experience in IT infrastructure and support functions.
• Proficiency with operating systems and common software applications.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Active VPNs and remote support tools.
• Strong communication skills to interact with users of varying technical backgrounds.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
• Willing to work at manufacturing site Bangpoo, Samutprakarn.
