Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner Manufacturing to work closely with Chief People Officer in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience & expertise.
Responsibilities
As a HRBP Manufacturing (Manager/Sr.Manager), your key tasks are as below;
• Work closely with BU Heads/Directors & HR team to align HR strategy to business objectives.
• Manage HRM & HRD planning, processes, policies and practices.
• Lead staffing, hiring and onboarding as per timelines.
• Manage performance appraisal/management systems as per the plan.
• Collect data and provide relevant reports with analysis on key HR metrics.
• Build a positive culture to strengthen employees’ morale and develop highly engagement teams.
• Benchmark HR trends and advise on potential areas of improvement.
• Stay abreast of HR trends & suggest potential areas to be considered for improvement.
• Lead/be part of various projects assigned from time to time.
Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree with experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HR legal & compliance requirements.
• Leadership qualities, self-motivated, independent, and a strong team player.
• Analytical, driven to take initiative, possess strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to implement innovative HR strategies, change management and handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Willingness to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan, and Bangna, Bangkok.
