The Customer Service Officer - Local & Export position in IE Bangpoo involves assisting with shipment documentation, managing invoices, and ensuring timely delivery schedules while collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing shipment documentation.
• Generate and manage invoices.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to obtain the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for shipment plans.
• Maintain and organize monthly customer service records.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or shipment coordination
• Preference for candidates with experience working with Myanmar clients or markets
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective coordination abilities across departments, especially with quality and logistics teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Burmese is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under time constraints
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
