About this position

Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Assistant Manager - Plant HR to work closely with the Operation Management & Chief People Officer in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your portfolio.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager - Plant HR, your key tasks are as below:
• Handle, analyze, and validate data for HR reporting and HR systems within required timelines.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage and consolidate the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Organize engagement surveys and summarize reports for surveys aimed at improving onboarding experiences.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives focused on data analytics, including HR system implementations, process enhancements, and automation.
• Support HR data needs for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance.
• Promote employee well-being through participation in Good Health by Yourself (GHBY) activities.
• Assist with organizing and supporting training sessions.

Requirements

Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in HRBP, HR reporting, HR data analysis, and the fields of HRM and HRD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in data analysis and tools such as Excel (including formulas).
• Experience in handling Manufacturing HR operations will be an advantage.
• Good command in English – written & spoken
• Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
• Excellent people skills interpersonal, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations.
• Ability to adopt to different situations, deal with and resolve ambiguity
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work IE Bangpoo, Samut Prakan.
