Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Assistant Manager - Human Capital Development to work closely with Corporate Human Capital Department in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your portfolio.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager - Human Capital Development, your key tasks are as below:
• Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
• Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training.
• Designing and implementing performance management programs to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and goals.
• Analyzing data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and monitor action plans related to these engagement drivers to ensure satisfactory results.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission and goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the market and industry.
• Manage assigned Human Capital projects from time to time.
Requirements
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), Human Business Partner (HRBP), Human Resource Development (HRD), People & Culture Transformation, or any related field.
• Professional use of MS Office.
• Proficient in English – written & spoken.
• Possess self-motivation, strong leadership, and being highly responsible.
• Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
• Excellent people skills interpersonal, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations and talent management systems.
• Willingness to work in Bangna, Bangkok.
