About this position

Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Accounting & Finance Officer to work closely with Finance Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

As an Accounting & finance officer, your key tasks are as below:
• Preparing for the monthly for COGs report, reviewing the transfer price and selling price
• Preparing for the monthly Inventory analysis, Consignment report, Import & Freight cost
• Prepare the AR aging and contact clients regarding overdue receivables, including determining the client payment cycle.
• Issuing debit note or credit note.
• Preparing monthly data into the Budget system
• Prepare for the monthly financial statement of the Representative office
• Managing payment orders for subsidiary company.

Requirements

Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting function.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Able to write reports, email, and business correspondence in English
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), costing, and GL accounting.
• Experience in accounting software ERP, BI, and Oracle will be an advantage.
• High proficiency in MS-Excel applications
• Have planning, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
