About this position

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing system processes, business requirements, and translating them into system design. They also create Functional Specification Documents and communicate with development teams to address any issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system processes and have a strong understanding of business requirements
• Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD) as the basis for program development
• Gather data and define needs by translating them from business requirements to functional requirements
• Communicate and coordinate with development teams to address system program issues

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Understanding of SQL server
• Experience in process analysis, design and implementation, business and technical requirements, problem solving, system testing, and UAT/SIT
• Ability to analyze business processes
• Good communication skills
• Ability to present information using presentation tools
