About this position

The Branch Manager Non Dealer Financing Car in Pekanbaru is responsible for overseeing and monitoring branch performance, managing manpower needs, coordinating with other departments, approving consumer credit applications, and ensuring smooth branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor branch performance to achieve operational targets
• Manage manpower needs in the branch
• Supervise branch employees' performance
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain branch performance quality
• Approve consumer credit applications based on SOP
• Collaborate with approved external parties
• Supervise branch operational costs
• Ensure administrative processes are in line with SOP
• Monitor and ensure efficient use of branch assets
• Supervise unit sales processes in accordance with regulations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in economics, mathematics, statistics, or engineering)
• Minimum 2 years experience as Branch Manager in Cash Financing Car company
• Have agent relations, preferred
• Proficient in computer operation and Ms. Office
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Preferably still active in financing company with the same position
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru
