The Branch Manager Motorcycle in Bekasi is responsible for overseeing and monitoring branch performance, managing manpower needs, supervising employee performance, coordinating with other departments, approving consumer credit applications, collaborating with external parties, managing operational costs, ensuring administrative processes are in line with SOP, overseeing asset usage, and monitoring unit sales.

Requirements
• Minimum S1 degree in any field (preferably in economics, mathematics, statistics, or engineering)
• Minimum 2 years experience as Branch Manager in a motorcycle financing company
• Have relationships/channels with dealers preferred
• Proficient in computer and Ms. Office
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Preferably still active in the financing company with the same position
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java
