About this position

The Branch Manager Car in Tangerang Area is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the branch's performance, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving set targets. They are also in charge of managing manpower, supervising staff performance, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor branch performance
• Manage manpower needs
• Supervise staff performance
• Coordinate with other departments
• Approve consumer credit applications
• Collaborate with approved external parties
• Supervise operational costs
• Ensure administrative processes are in line with SOP
• Monitor asset usage
• Supervise unit sales processes

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in economics, mathematics, statistics, or engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a car financing company
• Existing dealer relations preferred
• Proficient in computer and Ms. Office
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Active in the same industry
• Willing to be placed in Serpong, Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Banten
