Service Manager (Medical equipment)
About this position
The position essentially involves supporting customers on a technical level focusing on field services, repairs, maintenance and provide technical support to customers with our medical equipment. We are primarily looking for service minded person in a role which requires high level of technical, organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute on-site services (installations, repairs, fault finding and other services)
• Provide troubleshooting, training, technical support and other services to customer via phone or remotely
• Day-to-day management of service facility and maintaining a proactive service culture
• Participate in assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs and projects.
• Service Package offering and planning
• Creating the revenue from service package offering
• Achieve the revenue target
Requirements
• Educated in electrical/electronic engineering, technology, computer science or similar
• Moderate years working experience in related field
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role is an advantage
• PC Computer software and hardware literate/Windows Application experience
• People skills / Communication Skills
• Fluent in English
• Experienced in repairing medical equipment
