About this position
The Sales Manager (Medical Equipment) is responsible for achieving sales goals, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and support.
Responsibilities
• Include goals Sales budget and expenses required for supervisors and act according to the plan
• Including marketing plans such as attending academic meetings To allow customers to know more about the company's products and create new sales opportunities for sales representatives
• Prepare promotional items To stimulate sales to meet the goals of the company.
• Supervise and follow up for all employees in the department to operate as planned.
• Provide advice to sales representatives for opening and closing sales. To achieve the sales and profits that the company needs
• Follow up on the job status of the sales representatives under responsibility and assess the feasibility. to find solutions to problems that may arise. or assisting agents in closing sales
• Analyze the sales representative's advance projection. to evaluate the pre-order Prevent product shortages and excessive inventory
• Check the delivery schedule with the products that will arrive on time and on time. to prevent being fined in case of delayed delivery
• Manage product borrowing schedule and a team that will participate in demonstrations and help customers during the use of the product for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize and lead sales.
• Lead the monthly sales team meetings. and jointly plan marketing together with supervisors and teams
• Solve problems and coordinate between the sales team and customers. to create maximum satisfaction
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields (In science and medical devices will be specially considered)
• At least 5 years of experience in medical sales
• Patience, leadership and high responsibility
• Have good personality and human relations
• Able to work on site in Bangkok & Upcountry Area
• Have a car and driving license
• If you have experience working in URO/GI department, it will be specially considered
