About this position
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ (Medical Device) จะรับผิดชอบในการดูแลและสนับสนุนทีมขาย รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมและประเมินผลพนักงานขาย เพื่อให้สามารถนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and follow up for sales staff to follow the plan. Help sales staff to maintain and satisfy customers.
• Search for competitor information in the market to bring together a plan to work with the sales team.
• Set a schedule to educate salespeople about products and sales skills in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Training and evaluating sales staff to be ready to work, especially knowledge of products, both their own and those of competitors.
• Presenting the product (Presentation) and recommending the work of the product to the customer in the responsible product.
• Prepare and collect documents to educate yourself and competitors' products such as Presentation Slide, Competitors Comparison, etc. for use in product presentations and demonstrations.
• Translate documents related to the product Including the preparation of a brief instruction manual for the product under responsibility.
• Check the product specification documents. in product presentation and submitting documents for the purchase of the hospital.
• Check inventory (Inventory Balance) in accordance with sales forecast of sales staff to prevent shortage of products.
• Check the products according to the purchase contract. both in terms of number and specific features to deliver products to customers.
• Work with supervisors to increase efficiency and leads.
• Control the work schedule of Product experts do it as efficiently as possible.
• Contact relevant agencies such as various royal colleges or potential hospitals by bringing the product to the show to find more new customers.
• Attend monthly sales team meetings and jointly plan marketing with supervisors and teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields (In science and medical devices will be specially considered).
• At least 5 years of experience in Medical Sales or Product Specialist.
• Patience, leadership and high responsibility.
• Have good personality and human relations.
• Able to work on site in Bangkok & Upcountry Area.
• Have a car and driving license.
• If you have experience working in URO/GI department, it will be specially considered.
