About this position

The Sales Supervisor (Medical Equipment) for Ultrasound is responsible for achieving sales goals, managing the sales team, and ensuring effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products.

Responsibilities

• Include goals Sales budget and expenses required for supervisors and act according to the plan
• Including marketing plans such as attending academic meetings To allow customers to know more about the company's products and create new sales opportunities for sales representatives
• Prepare promotional items To stimulate sales to meet the goals of the company.
• Supervise and follow up for all employees in the department to operate as planned.
• Provide advice to sales representatives for opening and closing sales. To achieve the sales and profits that the company needs
• Follow up on the job status of the sales representatives under responsibility and assess the feasibility. to find solutions to problems that may arise. or assisting agents in closing sales
• Analyze the sales representative's advance projection. to evaluate the pre-order Prevent product shortages and excessive inventory
• Check the delivery schedule with the products that will arrive on time and on time. to prevent being fined in case of delayed delivery
• Manage product borrowing schedule and a team that will participate in demonstrations and help customers during the use of the product for maximum efficiency
• Lead the monthly sales team meetings. and jointly plan marketing together with teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (In science and medical devices will be specially considered)
• At least 5 years of experience in medical sales
• Patience, leadership and high responsibility
• Have good personality and human relations
• Have a car and driving license
• If you have experience working in Surgery/URO/GI department, it will be specially considered
