Superintendent Security Corridor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage security service providers (BUJP) and Security Coordinators in the Corridor, ensuring KPI targets are met through monthly reviews.
• Oversee daily activities of Security Advisers in the Corridor area.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and procedures (ISPS, Perkap, Perpol, HSE, etc.).
• Implement and drive the Zero Security Incident program, including Security Awareness, Security Cards, and Inductions.
• Coordinate closely with Facility Security Officers and other departments to ensure quality security operations.
• Foster strong relationships with other site functions.
• Conduct thorough Security Risk Assessments (SRA) and ensure proper implementation.
• Lead internal and external security audits in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with external security stakeholders (SKK Migas, Local Police, TNI, etc.).
• Ensure safety and security of company and contractor employees/assets.
• Support internal security team in developing security plans, SOPs, and relevant documentation.
• Obtain and maintain Explosive Permits to support Corridor assets.
• Actively participate in daily Corridor operations management meetings.
• Adhere to Medco Security Operational Procedures across all Corridor sites.
• Monitor and assess security intelligence programs and reports.
Requirements
• Min. bachelor’s degree (S1) or mid-ranking officer from a Military or Police Institution.
• Min. 5 years of supervisory experience in security operations, compliance, and excellence.
• Certification in Gada Utama, Sistem Management Pengamanan (SMP), ISPS Code, and intelligence experience.
• Experience engaging with local security forces (Polri, Polda, Polres, Polsek) and other related stakeholders.
• Familiar with media communication, stakeholder engagement, Medco Security Management, and Social Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of Company Policies, Ethics, Anti-Bribery, and Human Rights principles.
• Familiar with security systems and technologies for detection and support.
