About this position

Ensure effective Implementation of Maintenance Business Processes in MEDCO E&P Business Unit through CMMS, focusing on the SAP/BPM PM Module and alignment with MM and FI. Enhance CMMS data recording and reporting for Operations & Maintenance, develop maintenance strategies to optimize performance, and drive M&R Operational Excellence to achieve a Maturity Level greater than 3.00. Lead M&R audits and assessments, and delivering reports on compliance, asset tracking, maintenance, and performance metrics for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of maintenance programs, including Asset Register creation, RCM studies, and Maintenance Strategy Reviews for new/existing facilities.
• Provide expert support in fault analysis and optimize CMMS utilization strategies.
• Analyze maintenance strategies from studies to enhance Planning and Scheduling processes.
• Offer daily support and advice on CMMS issues, acting as a focal point for resolving queries from various teams (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE, Projects).
• Oversee pre-technical preparations and technical assessments for SKK Migas approvals.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for CMMS PM, MM, and finance modules.
• Lead delivery and support of maintenance systems within the Asset Management System framework.
• Collaborate with Asset Management System support team to review and improve maintenance procedures.
• Prepare and load RBI data into the SAP system.
• Ensure documentation meets internal standards.
• Develop systems for planning preventive maintenance, including automating work order initiation.
• Ensure quality reviews for data entered into CMMS.
• Develop reporting tools for condition monitoring to identify equipment failures and improvement opportunities.
• Provide specialist support in defining optimum stock levels and analyzing equipment spares.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate CMMS effectiveness and recommend training for field teams.
• Advise on required CMMS tools enhancements due to engineering modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP/BPM PM Module experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in CMMS/ERP, Maintenance Business Processes, and SAP/BPM PM Module.
• Strong analytical skills to convert complex data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for cross-functional team and stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance reporting skills.
• Skilled in reading engineering drawings (P&ID, Electrical Diagrams, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in Project Management, Material Management, and Asset Management.
• Experienced in equipment critical analysis and maintenance improvement.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Familiar with BOMs and documentation management.
