Project Sales Engineer (VRF & Chiller)
About this position
The Project Sales Engineer (VRF & Chiller) is responsible for generating sales results to achieve targets in the HVAC business, applying specialist knowledge in sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers while expanding the business.
Responsibilities
• Generate sales result to achieve sales target for HVAC Business (VRF & Chiller).
• Apply highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in sales and has responsibility for important and strategic channels to expansion HVAC business.
• Strong in tasks handling as well coordination with all parties both internal and external in order to ensure all sales processes are successful completed.
• Willing to implement and hand-on all tasks related to sales, administrative, and financial activities.
• Maintain existing customer and expand business to new customer for achieve sales target.
• Ensuring all business relations with the customers in a high level.
• Following up and report sales progress, customer development progress as well using data to analysis and deals with the customers.
• Ensuring that the competitor’s information and report also collected as well as market trends.
• Following up on project on-hands and ensure proposal and forecast delivery are accurate in each month.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or related field.
• Experienced related with commercial air-conditioning or related to HVAC products.
• Minimum 2 years in sales skill.
• Good command in English.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Knowing Engineering Background (Cooling system, VRF, Chiller) would be preferred.
• Strong Human relation, negotiation and managing conflicts skills.
• Having own’s private car and a valid driving's license.
• Able to traveling upcountry to take care on the projects on-hands.
