About this position
Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Product Management: To research, creation and implementation of effective strategic marketing plans and management of multiple tactical activities to reach the targeted audience.
• Detailed analysis of general market trends, competitors, line-up.
• Developing strong product line strategy and market development plan.
• Preparation of all function of new product launches.
• Reviewing entire inventory lists on a daily basis for keeping track of inventory flow which assists in better planning for sales.
• Pricing management: establishment of assortment and product price positioning in line with company's marketing policy and according to the local market expectations.
• Management of product marketing material, promotional material, POS Activities, Fairs, Events.
• Support of marketing and sales part with product-related information.
• Managing portfolio strategy and range proliferation with healthy financial growth.
• Reviewing competitive environment, consumer insight, and relevant standard context across the region for each responsible product line.
• Driving key project development and coordinate function plan by working closely with management team.
• Supporting marketing to lock up launch and quarterly business review.
• Developing and communicating product plan with effective collaboration with related team also product training.
• End to End process of product launching.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or any other person designated by them.
Requirements
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
• Having knowledge and experience in home appliance and air condition are highly preferable.
• Having knowledge of identifying segmentation, USP, brand & product value proposition.
• Processes information intelligently and analytically.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to make contact with all levels within the company and each business.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in product management and/or marketing or having experience in home appliances industry and FMCG.
• Being proactive, analytical, hardworking, organized, keen on details, and thinking broadly about business.
• Understanding needs of the market & customer.
• Must be able to speak Chinese.
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs and recognizing and understanding of other people needs.
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility, building collaboration, and clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
