Responsibilities

• Analyze job positions and required qualifications:

• Prepare testing tools for candidates:
• Check references:
• Conduct background checks:
• Communicate interview results and job offers:
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records:
• Onboard new employees and conduct orientation:
• Follow up on new hires' progress:
• Job Fair Participation and University Engagement:
• Signing MOU for Internship Program Collaboration:
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interview skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and data management tools.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
