Production Team Leader (Dry)
About this position
Assist Production lines to ensure overall shift performance of team to meet objectives such as right quantity and quality under safety, GMP and food safety aspects. Also maximize machine line efficiency with the cost effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Conduct and perform the routine shift task under Safety, Quality, Performance and Cost awareness as well as company rules and policy.
• Lead in area assignment and on the job training to new operator and suggest with perform for improve the working process.
• Verify usage stock of chemical, packaging and consumable including tooling.
• Daily report and summarize output include check, collect, and send the production record.
• Verify 5S, machine/equipment condition which must be ready to work before and after production.
• Continually have self-improvement based on McCormick’s Shared Values.
• Support business and company of any activity including operations/production support when needed.
• Coordinate with leader to perform and lead operator to produce FRA.
• Create and develop OPL and work instruction.
Requirements
• High Vocational certificate at least 2 years’ work experience in food manufacturing or relate.
• Vocational certificate at least 5 years’ work experience in food manufacturing or relate.
• Experience 3-5 years related to manufacturing or operations, Food Industry or related will be specially considered.
• Problems solving, Cross function communication, Can communication English.
• Quick response and focus on problem area/ Strong Leadership.
• Able to work under pressure.
