About this position

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing material follow-ups, stock forecasting, client claims, and supporting the sales team in various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow up material and control delivery from steel maker clients and cooperate with sales team
• Stock making, forecast gathering from sales PIC and balance sheet making for clients
• Clients Claim control, quality meeting and devanning charge control
• Order fix for maker clients
• Support for new size change, new model, ability check with steel maker and cooperate with sales team
• Other jobs assignment from leader

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (GPA 2.50 Up)
• Working Experience 2-3 years
• Able to perform for computer (word, excel, and other)
• Understanding and familiar with system function ERP, AS400 and other
• Quick learner and good communication skill able to handle work hard and perform job within limited lead-time
• Good or able understanding for English skill (Writing, Reading, Communication)
