Trainer
About this position
The Trainer position focuses on developing non-technical curriculum and providing training to dealership staff in product knowledge, sales/customer support process & techniques, and soft skills to drive business achievement of sales, customer support, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Develop curriculum & training course for dealership staff capability improvement to meet the requirement.
• Develop training materials (product & non-product), handouts, sales talk, guidebooks, etc. to support sales/customer support function.
• Conduct training: web-based, online interactive, classroom.
• Product & Non-Product knowledge with competitor comparison, Sales & Customer Support Process & Techniques, Soft Skills: Customer handling, Customer Satisfaction, Lead Management, Local Marketing, Online Marketing, Brand Value Management, etc.
• Develop report to monitor & analyst training result with the opportunity for improvement.
• Support cross-function team for new product/campaign launch.
• Support sales/customer support team in improving weak dealers to meet company’s targets.
• Support dealership on training and personnel/organizational issues, within established guidelines.
• Ensure dealership staff compliance with Mazda rules and policy.
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resource, Organization Management or any related fields (Engineering is plus).
• Have experience in related areas such as Competency Management, learning & development function, training field (Automotive is a plus) with international companies.
• Experience of designing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of training solutions.
• Strong Training & Facilitating skills (both online & offline), people management and development skills, communications & quality presentation skills, analytical thinking and Project Management skills.
• Proactive, creative thinking, growth mindset & positive/teamwork attitude with service mind, fast learner with self-motivated, result oriented.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines, able to work under pressure.
• Good communication in Thai and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, and PowerPoint Presentation, Microsoft team, etc.
• Have Challenger & Entrepreneurial spirit to develop people capability and grow the business.
