Marketing Communications
About this position
Focus on Marketing Communications activities across all touchpoints and channels for optimizing the target of Marketing Department in order to achieve business objectives and responsible for improvement process.
Responsibilities
• Be a brand guardian: Understand Mazda brand DNA to oversee and ensure that all communication activities and materials are aligned with branding guideline and consistency across all channels
• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for overall communications and online always-on content including above the line, below the line, online, social media and other related activities with seamless customer journey across all touchpoints and channels
• Plan, implement and monitor all communications activities and materials to optimize and deliver the high impact and campaign effectiveness
• Implement new Tech, media optimization, lead generation strategy, and marketing automation tools
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities
• Manage and work closely with advertising agencies, media agency, research agencies, production houses and suppliers to ensure that all communication tools as well as budget are utilized at the maximum level
• Plan and control timeline, budget and expenses of each communications campaign
• Responsible for the reporting and implementation of campaigns and always-on measurement
• Good knowledge of both above the line, below the line, production process and understanding of digital communications and tools
• Ensure effective coordination between all related functions
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related fields
• Having experiences in handling online and offline communication for 6 years’ in-house agency, digital/social marketing communications experience
• Strong professional knowledge and understanding of social media and digital / online & offline marketing including web analytics and digital/social measurement
• Creative thinker, detail oriented and deadline focused
• Passion in technology/ up-to-date in digital trends
• Good command in English both speaking and writing
• Experience in marketing campaign in both of online & offline / Project Lead is a plus
