Quality Control & Inspection Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Leading control quality in manufacturing process
• Manage quality issue and cooperate with production team for follow progressive investigation of quality problem
• Review root cause analysis and countermeasure as occur in manufacturing process and customer claim
• Lead QC engineer to do quality improvement activity
• Manage and control new & change ECN and new project implementation as plan
• To review and summary quality parts inspection data and report to related people
• Support supervisor to improve inspection efficiency of QC process
• Other duties assigned by superior
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field
• Have experience 5 years in Quality engineering and customer claim in manufacturing process
• Understanding of problem-solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools
• Knowledge of Quality system, Quality control process and Statistical analysis technique
• Well understanding in GD&T
• Able to work under pressure with coordination skill
• Systematic thinking, good analytics, self-motivation and highly responsibility
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and Power Point skills required to perform tasks
