Production Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Ordering and control budget of monthly
• Follow up and summary Quality activity and cause for change
• Contact supplier for improve in process
• Monitor and improve higher quality efficiency in process
• Control instruction of engineering change
• Provide report of monthly Quality meeting
• Provide budget yearly budget plan depend on production volume
• Prepare tooling in production process and model change follow from planning
• Give advice tooling to member about production [Process / Kaizen & cost / Quality]
• Other duties assigned by superior
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Automotive engineering
• Have experience 2 years in engineering, manufacturing in Automotive field
• Understanding of problem-solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools
• Well understanding in GD&T
• Knowledge well of engineering principles and practice of the facility's engineering service
• Able to work under pressure with coordination skill
• Systematic thinking, good analytics, self-motivation and highly responsibility
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and Power Point skills required to perform tasks
