The Sales Executive at the Sriracha Branch is responsible for promoting and selling products and services while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell products and services using strong communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
• At least of 1 - 3 years of working experience in Sales.
• Experience selling IT products such as hardware, software.
