Assistant Sales Manager
About this position
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, supporting team members, and building relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue targets as assigned.
• Conduct all sales processes, including closing sales with team.
• Work closely with and provided advisory support to all team members.
• Provide training opportunities related to sales skills for the team.
• Motivate the team to understand their duties.
• Build and maintain business relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate effectively with both the team and other departments.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 5 years of sell experience in IT and software solution products.
• Strong skills in management, control, and tracking.
• Experience in business planning.
• Good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and effective collaboration abilities.
• Good communication skills in English or Japanese are preferred.
