The Sales Associate at Hermès is responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service to customers.

• Achieve sales target and responsible to provide an exceptional service to customers.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in the fashion retail. Experience in the Airlines or Hospitality also can be considered
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
• Proven ability to build a lasting relationship with customers and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexibility with working hours including weekend and public holidays
