About this position

This position is responsible for driving SEA Petcare growth and delivering business target and leveraging the growth of premium segments Strengthen MARS leadership vs. key competitors to ensure we remain undisputable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of super-premium brand strategy/growth plan by translating global compass into relevant plan for SEA
• Manage all aspects of marketing mix from planning, developing and managing SEA flywheel across mental/physical/scale levers
• Stakeholder management and engage cross-functional teams to ensure deliverable of the plan
• Responsible for SEA P&L of respective brands to maximize return on investment and achieve financial targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (such as advertising, research, business management, etc.). MBA in Marketing or Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in senior marketing position in managing successful brands in FMCG
• Excellent understanding of marketing principles, brand management, Portfolio Management, Consumer activation and consumer research
• Highly experienced in project management and regional coordination
• Pet Lover is preferable
