SEA Value Leadership & Capability Lead
About this position
The SEA Value Leadership & Capability Lead will lead overall critical End-to-End Value Leadership initiatives, Profitability project for SEA Pet Nutrition business and Capabilities development workstream for SEA Pet Nutrition Commercial associates.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• End-to-End Value Leadership The PMO Lead is ultimately accountable for the identification and delivering of End-to-End Value Leadership to deliver cost savings performance in COGS (Primes Cost, MCC and LCC) and beyond.
• Construct and execute End-to-End Value Leadership Change Management and Communication Plan
• Lead and hold accountable SEA End-to-End Value Leadership team to execute all actions within agreed project timelines
• Represent the End-to-End Value Leadership team in periodically PMO meetings
• Central resource for the capturing and chartering of ideas to identify opportunities for both consumer and non-consumer facing to improve cost benefits
• Integrate End-to-End Value Leadership work-streams into one key PMO process
• Responsible for ensuring the charters adequately and accurately capture and quantify business outcomes
• Execute charters within allocated time frames through cross functional teams
• Ensure team resources are allocated to deliver targets of End-to-End Value Leadership
• Design and full management of reporting governance for the total PMO
• Decision rights holder over implementing activities to resolve priorities and deliver results
• Ideation: receive the outputs from Marketing, Commercial, R&D, Supply and Logistics teams to identify optimal solutions (custodians’ role)
• Play a central role in feeder meetings and in managing the governance required to ensure individual functions deliver the target in full, on time.
Capabilities development
• Develop a program for ASPeN capability development for SEA Commercial Associates
• Assess and Identify focus area of capability building. Prepare the list of trainings to support the program (Workday/Class Room)
• Track the progress and effectiveness of the program for continuous improvement.
Requirements
• The job holder will lead the End-to-End Value Leadership PMO team in all aspects of the project for SEA Pet Nutrition businesses.
• Engage and motivate associates to actively contribute to End-to-End Value Leadership
• Communicate End-to-End Value Leadership progress and escalate risks to project deliver
• Identify and execute opportunities to deliver SEA End-to-End Value Leadership at minimum of 6% (Prime Cost, MCC and LCC) Year-on-Year.
